Fly Fishing Lessons

Have you always wanted to learn how to fly fish?  Here is your chance.

Our personal fly fishing lessons are designed to teach you the basic tools of fly fishing along with learning the proper casting techniques fly fishermen/women use to catch fish.

We'll start the lesson with an introduction to fly fishing equipment (rods, reels, lines), how to tie proper knots, and introduce you to the three main classes of flies used to catch trout. The final portion of the class includes a hands-on lesson in proper casting techniques. Each student will be given individual attention from setting up the rod and reel to learning how to properly cast a fly rod.

Rates:   $50 per person per class (average class 2 to 3 hours)

Class takes an average of three hours.

*Please let us know if you would like to include a fly fishing lesson with any of your trips.
